Since 1984,
I have been working within the transportation industry, I have trained with DOT, have been ASE certified in CMV Inspections,
and have controlled or directed the maintenance programs for several large companies including Pepsi Cola Bottling, Rollins
Truck Leasing Tucson, Williams and other that have included Truck and Trailers, Interstate, Local P&D, School Buses and much
more. I have found that many companies are familiar with some DOT regulations; however, most lack the knowledge, time and
resources to effectively and continually manage driver records, monitor hours of service, implement and improve driver log
auditing, manage drug and alcohol testing, properly handle hazardous materials, and generally maintain quality compliance
or fleet maintenance practices.
